Pokémon: Lucario and the Mystery of Mew: Possible Artwork & Description
Lucario and the Mystery of Mew - English Description and Possible Movie Artwork - We have obtained the English movie description and (possible) artwork for Lucario and the Mystery of Mew, which gives us some of the English names of terms in the movie - Aura Guardian (originally Hero of the Wave - this might be Lucario's official Pokemon type, like how Combusken is the young fowl Pokemon), Cameran Palace (originally Aldoran Castle), Tree of Beginning (originally Tree of World's Beginning, or something like that). I am not quite sure if this artwork is for the movie or for some other promotional celebrating the movie, but I guess we will find out soon. I have already seen three pieces of artwork for the movie - one with Regirock, Regice, and Registeel, the one to the right, and one with Lucario and Aaron, so it is sort of up in the air as to which will be the one. The one to the right does not use the same blue and pink logo as the other two posters, which is why I think it is for some sort of promotional for the movie (like a comic). Also, as we said a while ago, the movie will come out in America in the summer on DVD.
Ash and his companions take a trip down to Cameran Palace to take part in the annual Aura Guardian Tournament. But when Ash picks up the Staff of the Guardian, the Aura Pokemon, Lucario, mysteriously appears... demanding to know where the REAL hero is! Meanwhile, Pikachu goes missing, and the Queen orders a search that leads our heroes to 'The Tree of Beginning!' How will Lucario and Ash overcome their differences to save the legendary Mew, Pikachu and the tree?

Movie Release Date Questionable
Lucario and the Mystery of Mew (Japanese: ミュウと波導の勇者 ルカリオ Mew to Hadō no Yūsha Lucario) is the third Pocket Monsters Advanced Generation movie, and 8th of all Pokémon movies. Premiering in Japan on July 16, 2005, it introduced four new Generation IV Pokémon, Lucario, Bonsly, Manene and Manyula. As indicated by the title, Mew plays a large part, supplementing its appearance in Mewtwo Strikes Back. Other than Lucario whose role is most significant, Regice, Regirock and Registeel are three more main Pokémon characters.
Lucario's trainer, Aaron, was Lucario's friend, though Lucario saw himself as Aaron's servant. When Aaron was about to save the the Tree of the world's beggining, he trapped Lucario in his rod.
Names Revealed
Although no official word has come out yet, we are confident that these are accurate, but there is no way to tell until Nintendo comes out and says it. Here they are:
- Manyula, the evolution of Sneasel is now called: Weavile
- Manene, the pre-evolution of Mr. Mime is now called: Mime Jr.
Stay tuned here for more info and the official release reports as they become available.

At this moment Cartoon Network is talking with Pokémon USA and Nintendo about negotiating a deal for next season. Whether they know that the show they potentially acquire is a very badly done 'fake' is unknown. We need as many people as possible to flood them with emails letting them know that the 'special' we all saw on Saturday was beyond unacceptable. The actors, other than being lackluster and unable to fit the flap, lacked any emotion or character. The script was amateurish and flat. There was no direction. The Pokemon themselves all sounded incredibly different from the original show and video games. It was more violent than any other Pokemon episode has ever been. It was in no way up to the standards which have been set over the past eight years by 4kids, Nintendo and the WB. Are we all expected to simply sit by as Pokémon USA lies to everyone, saying the show will be "exactly the same", even though they have replaced every single element? We have now seen, through the fiasco which was the 10th anniversary special, that this is far from the truth. Please send emails immediately to the two executives at Turner Network (below) and warn them before they make a mistake they will certainly regret for a very long time. Bring Pokemon back to 4kids before it's too late.Forward your Email to:
Thank you in advance!
Sincerely,
